About National Association of Procurement Specialists
The National Association of Procurement Specialists (NAPS) is a non-profit organization founded to develop effective and transparent procurement procedures in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We unite professionals in the field of procurement, promoting the exchange of experience, professional development and the formation of best practices in the industry. Our mission is to create conditions for the development of fair and effective procurement processes.
The Association was established in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Public Associations» and operates throughout the country. We collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, and international organizations to improve standards in procurement activities.
